Bello Matawalle, the governor of Zamfara State, has approved dissolution of the 14 Local Government Council Sole Administrators in the state with effect from Friday.
The dissolution followed expiration of their tenure elongation for six months earlier approved by Zamfara Assembly, which expired on Friday, June 4, 2021.
He directed the sole administrators to hand over to their respective Directors of Administration and General Services with immediate effect.
The governor thanked them for services to the State and wished them success in their future endeavours.
