Now, the doctor who works at the Johor Bahru hospital in Malaysia, faces possible relief of duties after the photo went viral.
Meanwhile, the Malaysian health minister, Dr Seri Subra, assured swift action to punish the doctor for the breach of medical ethics.
The minister went on to say that they were waiting for an investigation by the medical ethics panel before deciding whether she should be sacked or fined.
