Woman Lies About Having And Abortion And Did Something More SHOCKING With The Baby

Must read

A 29-year-old woman has deceived the father of her baby that she carried out an abortion but actually carried the pregnancy and finally had the baby.

The woman from Perth, Perthshire, Scotland whose identity was not disclosed for legal reasons did something even more bizarre with the baby after she planned to sell the baby to her 35-year-old gay friend for up to £300.

In her bid to perfect her plans, she claimed that her gay friend got her pregnant after a one night stand on his birthday.

She said, “We just went out for his birthday and it happened.

“Maybe it shouldn’t have. Three or four weeks after his birthday my period was late and the test came back positive.”

A court heard how the mother had given birth to the child in February 2011, and put the name of her gay friend on the birth certificate.

She teamed up with her gay friend and allegedly duped the NHS, the local registrar and council officials in an alleged scam which rumbled on for nearly three years.

They were said to have set up a fake Facebook profile for a fictional woman known as Clare Green, who was described as the child’s surrogate mother, Mail Online reports.

Police eventually became involved and conducted a series of interviews with the woman to get to the bottom of the matter, as things didn’t quite add up.

As the investigation got more intense, the woman kept changing the story which prompted the police to probe deeper.

The truth finally emerged during the process but the woman claimed that she didn’t actually know who the father was. A paternity test quickly ruled out the purported “father.”

She further claimed to have told her partner in crime about her pregnancy and that ‘he was quite happy’.

The devious mother also claimed that he had bought some baby clothes for a girl and kept them ready at his house while awaiting the impending birth.

“He really wanted to bring her up and look after her. We found out it was a girl, so he had all the girl’s clothes sitting in the house,” she said.

She even insisted that her ex-lover who she called it quits with in 2010 could not have been the father as she had not seen him prior to falling pregnant.

However, doctors said the baby could not have been conceived in April 2010 and had instead been conceived at least one month later.

It was not until a second police interview that the woman finally conceded that the baby might have been her ex-partner’s because she had ‘slept with both of them’.

It is alleged that the pair carried out the fraud between June 1, 2010 and April 18, 2013 at Perth High Street, Perth Royal Infirmary, Perth police office and Perth Registry Office.

Both are alleged to have formed the fraudulent scheme so the man could obtain parental rights and responsibilities towards, and be recognised as the father of the child, by NHS Tayside and Perth and Kinross Council.

The trial, before Sheriff William Wood, continues.
