A 25-year-old single mum who got pregnant after a one night stand has placed adverts seriously searching for the father of her baby.
Bianca Fazey, has disproved medical reports which diagnosed her with Polycystic ovary syndrome in 2011 and by implication, meant that she would probably never be a mum.
However, she did not know the name of the man she had the one night stand with in Perth, Western Australia.
The only thing she knew about the father was that his name was Jeremy, he was in his twenties and he was from Morley, a suburb in Perth, Mail Online reveals.
She embarked on a futile search to track down the baby’s father out of obvious desperation.
Her son, Logan nearly died when he was born two months ago but doctors made frantic efforts to save his life and now he is a healthy little boy.
The elated mum said, “I was at my wits end. I tried finding him for months and felt pressured by a friend who was adamant I don’t give up despite exhausting all avenues.”
The ad attracted various comments from several internet users mostly from disgruntled persons who accuse her of indirectly soliciting funds and not being a bad mother. She took to her Facebook page and posted, “I’m so appalled at comments that I am a bad mother and ‘god help my child’. It makes me sick that people can judge so quickly off something that is 500 words long.
“Yeah I am still looking, I will probably always be looking I am very curious as to who this person is and one day Logan probably will be too.
“I don’t ever expect him to come forward but if he did contact me, it would only be between us two and not the world.”
In response to some people who were accusing her of receiving pay for the media interviews, Fazey said, “For the incredibly judgemental people thinking it is all about money, I have never accepted anything for the stories, I also have my own money, I work and I study full time, I am not this drop kick you assume me to be!’ she said.
“I love this beautiful boy with all my heart and I am a fantastic mother, he is strong, smart, happy and very, very loved!’
Expressing immense gratitude for the ongoing support of her family and friends in the town of Jurien Bay, Fazey said, “Not only do I have the support of my family but also this beautiful town I live in and my amazing friends, I am so appreciative of everyone who has been kind to me even if you are holding your tongue!
“I don’t know if this will be the end of this story, I will continue living my life and raising Logan just as I have been, in no way is getting 15 minutes of fame a priority on my list.
“Logan, my family, our health and happiness is all that matters to me.”
Fazey is still optimistic that she will one day find the father of her son and let him know she got pregnant after the one night romp and has a son to show for it.
