Two men who were having a moment of steamy sex in the back garden of their apartment were oblivious of the prying eye of a neighbour who recorded the escapade.
It did not end there as the woman handed down the video to the police triggering the arrest of the gay couple.
The duo of Jeffrey Belden, 63, and Donald Williams, 77, are facing charges of indecent exposure.
It was also learnt that the cops also reportedly discovered a stash of child abuse pictures in Williams’s house.
Pam Miller, who witnessed the romp in the back garden in Coldwater, Michigan, wondered why the amorous men were having sex outside when they lived opposite each other.
She said: “I was shocked. Nowadays nothing seems to shock me, but in a small neighbourhood, yeah, surprised.
“There are too many kids out here. It’s public, it’s a nice neighbourhood.”
According to documents from the court, the couple were actually having sex in full view of traffic, and to make matters worse, the police recovered 145 pictures of child pornography in Williams’ house.
The pornography photos displayed different boys as young as seven years old in various stages of nakedness.
Williams also faces a five count charge of using a computer to commit a crime and five counts of possessing child pornography.
He awaits trial behind bars in the Branch County jail and would appear in court in September.
On his part, Belden is currently free on bond.
