A young mother has been caught on a CCTV footage seriously engaging a man in a blow job while they were inside a lift in Southampton tower block, United Kingdom.
The woman simply identified as Ms K, complained after the footage was aired live on TV, even though the producers tried as much not to show the randy pair’s identity by making their faces blurred in the video.
Despite the blurry display of the duo’s face, the woman who was pregnant as at the time of the incident still complained that people were able to identify her adding that she has gone through much stress which led to a premature birth.
However, the communications regulator in the UK who regulate the TV and radio sectors, known as the Ofcom maintained that her expectation of privacy did not outweigh the public interest in anti-social behaviour.
Ofcom in their ruling said, ‘She said that the stress of being recognised in the programme had caused her to go into premature labour. Ms K also said that at the time the CCTV footage was filmed, she had been very drunk and that she had not been “at the best point in her life”.’
The verdict was finalised with the fact that the deed was done in a communal lift hence no need to claim that it was an evasion of privacy, according to Metro UK.
