A naked woman alleged to be a witch was in the early hours of November 3, 2014, seen by some passersby trapped on the roof of a church precisely the All Christian Fellowship church, just before Kubwa village market, Abuja.
The incident which was said to have happened around 6:30am attracted a surging crowd who were said to have helped her down from the roof.
According to reports, when she was brought down, they said she was naked, wretched looking, unkempt hair, skinny and was talking non stop.
Meanwhile, some of the eyewitnesses who were able to recognise the alleged witch claimed that she sells bean cakes locally called “Akara” in the area.
Subsequently, she was taken to the Kubwa Phase 4 police station where it was learnt that she is currently being detained by the officials whose next action about the incident is yet unknown.
