American actress and singer, Selena Gomez has revealed that she is currently just friends with her former boyfriend, Justin Bieber.
The 23-year-old and Canadian singer, Justin Bieber broke up in October 2014 after dating for about four years.
In the latest issue of Elle Magazine, Selena spoke up about her relationship with the 21-year-old.
“I’ll forever support him and love him in a way that… We grew up together. I think people want it to be different,” she stated.
Selena further explained that they was no need for much drama between them as some people wish for since they are both young and can move on
“We’re too young for that. Nobody was married. There was no… I respect him. And I think he respects me, in a healthy marriage,” she further explained.
When asked about the possibility of getting back with Justin, she had this to say:
“I don’t know… Finding somebody is not my main focus. I’ve dated people. I’ve been on a few dates, which is really exciting.
“But I’ve never wanted to get into anything serious, because I kind of did that. I have my guard up. I like to meet people in organic settings. Hanging out with a group of people and meeting through mutual people.”
