A man had dumped his bride on the day of their wedding ceremony after she got ready in her wedding dress awaiting her groom to show up so they would finally tie the knot in front of guests who were already waiting at the venue.
Things however turned sour after a long fruitless waiting only for the groom to call in and cancel the wedding after telling her a cooked up story on how he got into a fight and was arrested.
He outrightly told her to go and seek a refund of the fee they paid for the wedding hall.
The bride, Xiao Qin, from China decided to go to the hotel where they were supposed to tie the knot to inform the guests that the wedding had been called off.
She could not believe her eyes when she saw her husband-to-be right in front of everybody at the venue exchanging marital vows with a different woman.
World Wide Weird News reported on Wednesday, January 14, 2014 that the furious, Qin ran to the police station in her wedding dress, to file a lawsuit against her former fiance for “breach of promise.”
It was later gathered that the groom’s father forced him to marry the new woman because he disliked Qin and had intentionally booked his son’s wedding and reception with the other woman on the same day and at the same hotel.
