Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Enugu State, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, presented to the State House of Assembly, the 2022 Budget estimates of N186,635,135, 770.00 for consideration and passage.
Presenting the proposal tagged: “Budget of sustained growth and consolidation,” Ugwuanyi said that it was “9.9 percent higher than our revised 2021 budget.”
The governor explained that the budget proposal was carefully designed to ensure the completion of all ongoing projects scattered all over the state by his administration.
He said the 2021 budget implementation was affected by the myriads of insecurity challenges across the country.
