Twitter has deleted President Muhammadu Buhari’s tweet for violating the platforms rules.
Buhari in series of tweets on June 1 threatened people of the south east stating that those who are too young to understand what occurred during the civil war will soon be treated in a “language they will understand.”
The tweet recevied criticism from Nigerians who thought it was thoughtless of the presiden.
The tweet was reported by many people and it has now been deleted.
Twitter said the tweet violated its rules.
