Police have launched an investigation in the incident but her death is not being treated as suspicious.

A joint Victoria Police and State Emergency Service (SES) operation will retrieve the woman’s body from the scene, The Advertiser reports.

A SES spokeswoman said: “Originally there was a plan in place for us to send a search and rescue team, but then we realised the significance of the incident.”
