Tiwa Savage is famous for two big things: her singing and of course, her ability to impress the crowd at any given performance.
A lady pretending to be the Mavin Crew first lady is currently on the loose, duping innocent and unsuspecting victims of their money.
Her latest victim is Segun Adewale, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial candidate representing Lagos West in the forthcoming 2015 election.
The fake Savage abscounded with N500,000, as part-payment to perform at Adewale political declaration party. He only realized he had been duped when the supposed singer did not show up for the event.
Efforts to trace her has so far been unsuccessful.
Adewale is currently relying on the bank through which the money was paid to help get what is left of the amount, as withdrawal has already occurred on the account.
