A suspected drug lord simply identified as Orodame has been shot dead by gunmen in Sapele, Delta State.
Reasons for his execution were still sketchy at the time of this report.
The remains of the deceased is yet to be deposited in a morgue, according to reports.
Bright Edafe, the Delta State acting Police public relations officer, is yet to pick phone calls or respond to text messages to confirm the report.
The incident Daily Post gathered has created tension amongst residents of Sapele who fear that other drug lords in the area will begin reprisal attacks at any moment.
