Ecclesiastes 4:9 ERV “Two people are better than one. When two people work together, they get more work done.”
Almost everyone has in them a desire to do more, to achieve more, to become more: sometimes, the key is forming strategic partnerships with others. I mean, even countries as big and powerful as they are form strategic partnerships to become better and stronger than they already are, and to protect their territories. At any level, it pays to co-operate with others.
“If one person falls, the other person can reach out to help. But those who are alone when they fall have no one to help them. If two people sleep together, they will be warm. But a person sleeping alone will not be warm. An enemy might be able to defeat one person, but two people can stand back-to-back to defend each other. And three people are even stronger. They are like a rope that has three parts wrapped together—it is very hard to break.”
Strategic partnership is the key to accomplishing more and to achieving better results in any area of life – spiritually, economically, etc. And it has to be strategic; not everyone will make a formidable partner, not everyone will help you achieve your goals because not everyone shares your visions. Find someone who sees what you see and wants want you want. Find someone whose strengths complements your weaknesses and vice versa. That’s how to make it work.
