Acts 10:38 says, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” That was the ministry of Jesus on earth: doing good!
Jesus touched so many lives while on earth; so many that all He did couldn’t be written in the Bible. And He’s still doing the same thing today, through people like you and I.
Just like Jesus, we should be known for doing good. You may not be gifted to heal the sick and to do miracles, but everyone can do good. You can help; you can give; you can encourage and inspire; etc. Use whatever gifts that God has given you to bless people: let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Amen.
