II Corinthians 9:6 NKJV “But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.”
God said to Noah, “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.” So, every time you sow a seed, you can expect a harvest.
You can determine how much harvest you want by determining how much you sow and the attitude with which you sow. It’s that simple. Interest that you get on an investment of a thousand will be smaller than what you get on an investment of a million. Yes, there are some investments that have better returns, but even then, how much you get, is a function of how much you put into that particular investment. And remember, in the kingdom, God doesn’t look at what you give; He looks at what you give in relation to what you have. Two people may give a thousand, but the one who gives out of a hundred thousand gives more than the one who gives a thousand out of a million.
Something done sparingly “is done in a frugal manner, in a manner meant to conserve what is remaining.” You see, it’s more than just the amount you give, but the attitude with which you give! Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Praise God.
