Spirit And Life Devotional: No Fear Of Shame

Must read

[pull_quote_center]”For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.’” Romans 10:11 NKJV[/pull_quote_center]

Psalm 25:1-2 says, “To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in You; let me not be ashamed; let not my enemies triumph over me.” Verse 3 says, “Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed.” Amen!

Maybe your rent is due and you’re wondering where the money is going to come from; relax, God will provide. Or maybe you’re indebted to people who are threatening to embarrass you: my brother, God will provide. A new academic session will soon commence, and there’s no money for fees, your children can’t stay at home: cheer up, God will provide.

Yours might not be financial; maybe it has to do with work or with your home; whatever the case, shame is not your portion in Jesus name. Here’s the word of the Lord to you today, “Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed; neither be confounded and depressed, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not [seriously] remember the reproach of your widowhood any more. For your Maker is your Husband–the Lord of hosts is His name–and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; the God of the whole earth He is called.” (Isaiah 54:4-5 AMP). Amen!
