That God called you, or that God is with you, doesn’t mean that you wouldn’t experience hostility; in fact, that’s the number one catalyst for hostility because Satan is the god of the world.
We are living in a very hostile world. Hostility is in different forms; it could be physical, spiritual, emotional or psychological. The Bible says that righteous Lot was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked; his righteous soul was tormented from day to day by seeing and hearing lawless deeds (II Peter 2:7-8).
Despite the hostility of the world, you must never be discouraged neither should you give up. If Jesus did not give up you too must never give up. Let them say whatever they want to say, and let them do their worst, don’t bow to their pressure: keep moving and make sure you fulfil God’s purpose for your life. Amen.
