Adam lived for 930 years; Seth lived for 912 years; Enosh 905 years; Cainan 910 years; Mahalalel 895 years; Jared 962 years; Methuselah 969 years; were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and Lamech, he lived for 777 years. Those were the first men on earth, they lived for so long! And it wasn’t even considered to be so long then; but for sin, man may not have died.
Long life is one of God’s blessings for His children. The Bible says that ‘Abraham breathed his last and died in a good old age, an old man and full of years.” Isaac “died, and was gathered to his people, being old and full of days.” Joseph lived 110 years. He saw his son’s children to the third generation, that is, his great great grandchildren!
See, you will live long in Jesus name! No, you will not die young! You will live long enjoy to see your children’s children! And let me tell you; your life will not be characterized by pain, sickness and unpleasant experiences, your will enjoy every bit of it in Jesus name! Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished. Wow! You will be strong even in old age, in the name of Jesus! It’s what God wants for you, and so will it be! Amen!
