Spanish Embassy Trains Nigerian Immigration Officers On Document Fraud

The Embassy of Spain in Nigeria has partnered with Nigeria Immigration Service to train 35 Officers of the Service and 4 officials of the National Agency on the Prohibition of Trafficking In Persons (NAPTIP) on Document Fraud Detection.

The Embassy made this known via a press release by its Public relations officer, Mr Chukuemeka Obua

The climax of the 4-day training programme, which had the theme “To Produce a Total and Competent Document Fraud Officer” was held on Thursday, 11 June,2015 at the Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters in Abuja.

Apart from the Comptroller-General of Immigration, David Parradang, OFR, mni, and NIS management team, the event also had in attendance the Ambassador of Spain, His Excellency Alfonso Barnuevo Sebastine De Erice.
