Let me ask some questions:
1. Has the 2016 budget been prepared at all??
2. If not, when is that being planned?
3. Will it need noise makers input?
According to a good friend and oga… at this rate… this government has only two years to work… 2 years at best of governance in a 4 year tenure…
Why do we think so?? Because this first year is being used to settle down… maybe they will begin governance proper from year 2… May 2016 up until May 2018… After which the worry about 2019 elections will suspend all governance activities…
When GEJ proposed a single 6 year tenure we scoffed at the idea… is it not making sense now?
