[dropcap]Y[/dropcap]esterday following the revelations from last week, when the CTC of a court judgement clearly linked Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) to narcotics, another document hit the Internet, again from the United States of America and yes, it was from the State of Illinois, from its capital city Chicago and specifically from Deloitte Touche, originally headquartered in England. The subject and focus of that document is to do with Alhaji Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, aka BAT.
The content of that document which clearly revealed another lie of Bola Ahmed Tinubu was about to break the Internet before it got suddenly and mysteriously hijacked by that, of another document, and this time from one wannabe people’s governor, Prof. C. Soludo.
There’s so much I would have loved to share with readers on Soludo’s cry-baby diatribe, but that would only be distracting, immaterial and lacking in purpose, relative to more consequential issues.
What should rightly receive my angst and ire, my loathing and disenchantment, my disdain and disgust? They are Tinubu’s mirage of red flags. The revelations around Bola Ahmed Tinubu should begin to be a cause for concern for his supporters if truly their support is altruistic.
Red flag one: His Name. Till date BAT has never bothered to clarify even to his followers how Amoda Sangodele is not his name. Mind you, it was the late Yinka Odumakin that pointed Nigerians in that direction. So, is BAT truly Bola Ahmed Tinubu or not? What is his name? Doesn’t this bother you?
Red flag two: His Origin. BAT claims he is from Lagos State. But Yinka reveals that this man is actually from Osun State, somewhere called Iragbiji. If I recall, the Tinubu family of Lagos disowned him as one of them sometime last year. As a prospective voter, does this also not bother you?
Red flag three: His education. information about the primary or secondary school BAT attended. It is garbed in mystery. It will take only the gods to reveal those. Only Tinubu can tell how he executed the 11th wonder of the education world by getting admitted into a University without having proof of first going through the fundamental levels of education as prescribed for everyone. One day, those shall be revealed, hopefully.
Red Flag four: Bola Ahmed Tinubu claims to have worked at Deloitte in the USA, where he was paid very well. Just yesterday, the story of the result of a private investigation into that claim broke. Deloitte Touche denied having Tinubu’s name in their record. This was one news that should have troubled the Internet yesterday.
Rather, Soludo must allow himself to crash into a party and make it about himself. Rather than ignore this man of theory without realism, play with himself and focus on what matters, many so-called Obidients are busy lampooning him.
Get your acts together, all of you. Be you Obidient or Atikukate, all of you should be asking Bola Ahmed Tinubu questions that his camp must answer. Keep the red flags in focus. Those matter. The integrity of who leads you matters. A man whose lifestyle and antecedents is all shrouded in secrecy of the mysterious should be shepherded away from managing our affairs and commonwealth. Nigeria should by now be done with the likes of Tinubu and Atiku.
To those of you supporting BAT, if you are not a paid acolyte like a certain Festus Keyamo, Femi Fani-Kayode, Ufuoma Bernard etc, then you should realize by now that this is no longer child’s play. It’s about your life and future. Receive sense.
