A bouyant state? Can a state be bouyant with a recent debt of $75m from the world Bank? How about the multi billion naira bailout loan not fund they incurred from the CBN?
There are log of unpaid salary that run over half a dozen months which the state owed it civil servants and other debt profile that the Comrade Gov is trying to conceal for reasons best known to him.
With all these and other financial stress the state is undergoing which is not known to the public but yet telling on the state Treasury.
Can Oshiomhole hand over a bouyant state?
Somebody should please help me with the dictionary.
