Mallam Nasir El Rufai, Governor of Kaduna State is the witness called to testify against Senator Bukola Saraki and President Muhammadu Buhari is sitting pretty somewhere saying he knows nothing about nothing. I hear you, Sir.
The Prosecution Lawyer, counsel to the litigant, Mr. Rotimi Jacob sat (SAN) said today at Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) that “Governor EL Rufai of Kaduna State provided the 13-counts evidence against Dr. Bukola Saraki.” Interesting times ahead.
It is a witness that is collating evidence for the prosecution? Is this case some private litigation between Saraki and El-Rufai? Why is a person of interest the one collating evidence and not the prosecution on behalf of the state? Something is not quite right as in seriously.
Meanwhile, Saraki pleaded not guilty to all 13-count charge read to him by plaintiff counsel, Rotimi Jacobs and hearing adjourned to Oct 21, 2015, for further hearing.
But what is Saraki’s crime and what are the details of the charges, I don’t know and won’t pretend to know. Have they got overwhelming evidence to prosecute him, has an Attorney General confirmed that there is a case to answer?
I learnt many of his sins include a visit to the PDP chairman, my question is so because he is in another party now he cannot visit those he is closed to even though they are on opposite divide? What sort of paranoia is this?
Buhari, Sir, easy o! You may run out of steam at the rate you are going. But what about what you were voted to do, I mean governing?
Meanwhile, TVC made a very poor show of the whole Code of Conduct Tribunal saga well, the broom that swept the first wife away I learnt is still hanging on the mantelpiece waiting for the second wife.
In the other news filtering through, Igbo APC members have clubbed up to go and see Buhari and each time folks do this I asked why?

Okay, the drama is getting more exciting and one thing I know for sure is Senator Saraki this too would pass away.
