Below is the letter by Dr. Damilola below along with pictures of Omotola and her daughter Sophie:

Hello,

Hope this meets you well. I am trying to get media coverage for a young girl Omotola who was suffering from a case of mental health for six years. Through the help of health staffs of Abaji General Hospital and a LG welfare officer, I was able to get Omotola and her 5year old daughter admitted for treatment.

Omotola has now regained her senses, after three months at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Barnawa Kaduna. Her daughter Sophie was equally admitted to the FCT Unity Orphange in Gwagwalada. Omotola has since been discharged, but no family member has come forward to take responsibility for her.

We are trying to create as much publicity as possible via online and mainstream media to help Omotola get re-united with her family.

Attached with this mail are pictures of Omotola and her baby, as well as a report on her by a writer Tahir Sherriff. We look forward to your humble assistance to help spread this information.

Thank you.
Dr. Maruf Damilola Mustapha.
