An obviously irate 21-year-old man, Sean Mahan, had beaten a 33-year-old man, Stewart McKellar, to death after he caught him having sex with his 50-year-old mum, Lavina while his dad, John Mahan was away at work.
Mahan from Balloch, West Dumbartonshire, had reportedly returned home on the fateful day and discovered the duo having sex in his parent’s matrimonial bed in Scotland.

He got so enraged that he took about 20 minutes to beat the living daylight out of the man leaving him naked on the floor while his mum ran away.
He also slapped his mother on the head and branded her a slut for cheating on her husband with a younger man.
McKellar who could not survive the degree of injuries he sustained during the attack was confirmed dead by medical officials.

After beating up McKellar, Mahan reportedly called a friend and said,”This guy was sleeping with my mum. I think I’ve killed him.”
The suspect who fled his house after the attack was later nabbed by the police in his friend’s house where he was hiding inside a kitchen cupboard as reported by Mirror UK.

A High Court in Edinburgh charged Mahan with culpable homicide which he initially pleaded not guilty to.
The Judge, Lord Turnbull later sentenced Mahan to serve a jail term for four years after he was found guilty of murdering the man.
