Kefee Don-Momoh’s tragic death caused by lung failure is not just a great loss to the Nigerian Music Industry, her untimely demise has left an enormous hole in the hearts of her family, friends and everyone who was close to her.
Sadly, the sensational gospel singer best known for her hit song Branama has joined other talented Nigerian artistes who died before they reached their full potential.
Colleagues, friends and fans gathered on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Oba Akenzua Cultural Complex, Benin City for a special Candlelight Night in honor of the late gospel singer.
Singers present at the event to pay their respects through special ministrations of songs include Sammie Okposo, Tim Tehilla, Nene Soul Diva, Nikki Laoye, Anny Ibrahim, Aity, Linda Etukudo, Maleke and Godfather.

Her body will be laid to rest on Friday, July 11, 2014 at her hometown in Okpara-Inland, Ethiope East local government, Delta State.
We are consoled that through her music, Kefee gave a voice to the Nigerian woman, preaching against gender inequality,female discrimination and abuse.
