Renowned media personality, Naana De Souza, 59, has bowed to cancer after a 6-year long battle with the disease.
De Souza died at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana on April 20, 2015, leaving behind her four children.
Until her death, De Souza was a renowned writer, radio and TV presenter who worked at noted stations including Silverbird Television, and Nigerian Television Authority, NTA.
She also worked at publications which included City People before she relocated to Ghana, where she continued work in the media.
She has to her credit, a memoir titled, The First 50, which she launched on her 50th birthday.
May her soul find a peaceful repose.
