If former NBA star, Lamar Odom ever requires a kidney transplant as part of his recuperation process, he definitely has people willing to help.
According to Daily Mail, reality TV star and businessman Rob Kardashian is willing to donate one of his kidneys to his long-time pal and brother-in-law.

As at the time of this report, it is unknown if Rob and Lamar are compatible for a transplant but the 28-year-old is willing to undergo tests to find out.
“Rob is willing to do whatever it takes to help Lamar recover. If that means donating a kidney then so be it, Rob has a big heart and he’s willing to step up to help his friend,” a Daily Mail source is quoted as saying.
Rob has remained the closest Kardashian to Lamar since the former Los Angeles Lakers player got married to his elder sister, Khloe.
Lamar is said to be currently undergoing regular kidney dialysis at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in LA as he recovers from an overdose of what is suspected to be hard drugs.
