It is now common knowledge that Nigerian football, John Obi Mikel is dating a Russian lady, Olga Diyachenko.
Unknown to many, the Chelsea midfielder has fathered two kids with different ladies. The 28-year-old is Dad to a one-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son.
According to a report by the UK Mirror, the Nigerian international got the kids from two short-term relationships and is responsible for their upkeep.
The report went further by claiming that the midfielder bought a £500,000 house for his son and the mum in 2013.
The Sun also quoted a source as saying: “John also agreed to give her tens of thousands a year in upkeep and, I think, agreed to give her a new car every three to five years.”
Mikel is said to be also responsible for the welfare of his daughter and her mum.
The Sun quotes a spokesman for the footballer as saying:
“This is an entirely private matter.
“John provides for and cares for his children and will continue to do so. He asks that their privacy is respected.”
