A woman has caught a couple having sex in public and has described the scene as the ‘lewdest thing I’ve ever seen in public’.
The randy couple presumed to be in their 20s proved a bit difficult to be separated as the police tried to stop them twice during their obscene display in a London Park on George Green in Wanstead, east London.
Jo Brooks, 40, was walking her dog through the park with her 10-year-old-son in the evening of Tuesday, May 5, 2015 when she spotted the loved-up couple having ‘wild sex’ on a park bench.
She said, “At first I just thought “surely they aren’t doing what I think they’re doing.
“Then as I got closer I could see the girl was lying back on the bench and the man had his trousers around his ankles. It was wild sex.
“My dog was pulling us towards the bench, and he’s a British bulldog so I couldn’t just look the other way.”
She further disclosed how the duo proved adamant and changed to another sexual position even when she angrily told them to break loose couple to stop.
But while the pair did put their clothes back on when police arrived, they weren’t arrested.
Criticising the police reaction, Mrs Brooks added, “Their reaction was just “oh yeah we moved them on before”. I couldn’t believe it. At what point did it become legal to have full-on sex in front of children in a public park
“People can have a laugh about it but they didn’t have to sit down with my ten-year-old boy and explain what they were up to.”
Another eyewitness, a mother of three who preferred anonymity described the scene as a ‘full-on porn movie in Wanstead’.
She said, “I have seen a lot in my time, but I am genuinely shocked at what I saw.
“Police walked up to the woman and she stood up with no knickers on and her cleavage hanging out’.
A Met Police spokesman said, “Police were called to George Green, Wanstead, on Tuesday at about 7.20pm to reports of couple engaged in sexual activity.
“Officers spoke to the man and woman at the scene and they were asked to leave the area.
“Officers remained in the area for a time afterwards and conducted patrols.
“The local policing team is aware of the incident and will be making further enquiries and speaking to local people.”
