Knowing our soldiers and their families deserve our thanks every day, President Goodluck Jonathan has always been one who strongly believes that supporting our fallen heroes and their families is both critical to the growth and security of the country.
As a proof of his unwavering support to this cause, the President hosted a special valentine dinner on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Aso Rock Villa for widows and children of soldiers, who gave up their lives while fighting against the deadly Islamic sect, Boko Haram.
They were warmly received at the villa by the President and his aides and also treated to assorted foods and drinks.
The special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Reuben Abati shared photos of the colorful event on his Twitter page.
