President Jonathan Holds Private Meeting With President Kuffor, Other Foreign Election Observers

President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday, March 30, 2015 held a closed door meeting with the foreign election observers who monitored the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections.

The meeting which reportedly started around 3.30pm came to an end around 4:06 pm at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Among the attendees was a former President of Ghana, Mr. John Kuffour, who is the leader of the ECOWAS Elections Observers, former Liberian President, Amos Sawyer, who is leading the African Union Election Observer Mission, former President of Malawi, also the Head of Commonwealth Election Observer Mission, Bakili Muluzi, the AU Commissioner for Political Affairs, Ambassador Aisha Laraba Abdullahi and the Vice President Namadi Sambo.
