President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, December 18, 2020 met with the released 344 Kankara schoolboys in Katsina state.
While receiving the students at the Presidential Villa, Buhari addressed them in Hausa thanking God for their safe return.
On December 17, the 344 students who were abducted from their dormitaries by the worlds deadliest Islamist terrorist organisation, Boko Haram, were released.
The president appealed to the students not to allow the traumatic experience deter them from going to school.
