The Police Service Commission, PSC, has fixed November 22 for medical screening of successful applicants, who sat for aptitude test in the ongoing recruitment of constables into the Nigeria Police.
A statement by the Commission’s Head of Press and Public Relations, Mr Ikechukwu Ani, on Friday, November 12, 2021, in Abuja, said the medical screening would hold in the 17 Zonal headquarters of the Nigeria Police.
Ani said the successful applicants would be contacted and directed on when to come for the screening.
He said the decision was reached during a joint meeting of the commission and a delegation from the Nigeria Police, led by Mr Danmallam Muhammed, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) in charge of Training.
Ani further stated that the meeting also witnessed the submission of report and result of the aptitude tests held on October 29 and October 30 across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
He said the report was received by the Permanent Secretary of the commission, Mr William Alo.
Ani said a total of 74,058 applicants sat for the aptitude tests across the country, consisting 62,588 males and 11,470 females.
