Three residents of Trademore Estate, Lugbe District, Abuja have lost their lives after flood swept through the estate in the early hours of September 13.
The Director-General of the FCT Emergency Management Agency, Abbas Idris, confirmed the incident saying several cars were also swept away by the flood following the downpour.
This will not be the first time Trademore Estate is affected by flood. In 2020, one person died in the area after a downpour.
