Alabama man Tyrone Banks 58, who claimed to be an associate pastor at a church, is charged with raping a 13-year-old girl inside a church kitchen. Police busted the pervert on Friday, May 2, 2014 on charges of rape by forcible compulsion and first-degree sodomy.
According to a police reports, the pastor tricked the teenager by posing as a family friend thus gaining her trust, before he drove her to a Hueytown church last month.
Once there, the alleged child rapist used a key to gain access into the building and raped the girl in the kitchen. He then drove the girl home, where she immediately confided in her mother about the sad incident.
