Must read

Former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro has come out to debunk claims by Sahara Reporters’ Publisher, Omoyele Sowore that he was yet to be sued by the one-time Lagos Island Local Governemnt Chairman over allegations that he (Obanikoro) had rigged the 2014 governorship election of Ekiti State.

It would be recalled that Obanikoro had threatened to sue Sowore, his media outfit and a couple others for $1 billion after he was accused of complicity in an audio tape, allegedly revealing discussions prior to the election.

According to Breaking Times, Obanikoro had already filed court papers via his lawyers, MJS Partners on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at the Lagos State High Court Ikeja

It was also gathered that Sowore has been dodging several attempts to have his papers served in Nigeria as he has no fixed address anywhere in the country.
