Beat 99.9 FM on-air personality, Damilola Elebe who is simply known as Dami has reacted to claims in various quarters that on-air personalities do not support upcoming artistes. The most recent of such claims coming from rapper, Jahbless who blamed the lack of support for upcoming artistes from OAPs for the recent death stunt by Five Star music artiste, Skibii Mayana.
Dami is of the opinion that upcoming artistes should not blame OAPs for not promoting their songs if they are not of good quality. She also had a subliminal message for Jahbless.

I am tired of musicians bashing OAPS about playing music. You know those you deal with. Specifically face them.

A lot of the people getting into music are not passionate about it. They are passionate about fame and money. Music seems easy.

Even the uncle that is talking about OAPS how many great songs have you released. Let us stop this please.
— The (@DamiElebe) August 21, 2015

Like OAPS hold the destiny of your song. If your song is crap, no matter how many OAPS play it, those who have ears will hear.
