A recent survey has revealed the most preferred sex position for most couples in the UK.
The survey carried out by Ann Summers studied 1,000 people across the UK and found that one in four people (25%) prefer the doggy style, while 23 per cent love the ‘women on top’.
From the study, the missionary position was the third preferred position with 21 per cent of the vote.
Metro UK, it’s not just the young’uns who prefer doggy style either – 30 per cent of 35 to 44-year-olds agreed doggy was best, although a quarter of 44 to 54-year-olds preferred women on top.

- In front of the TV (64%)
- The shower (49%)
- The bath (34%)
- The kitchen (33%)
- On the stairs (24%)
- On the beach (22%)
- On a night out (20%)
- At a park (18%)
- At work (13%)
However, people of the British origin enjoy to mix it up in the bedroom as 66 per cent of the voters prefer to try out at least two to three positions in one session.
Meanwhile, more than a third of participants said they prefer having sex regularly as they do it two to four times a week.
