It is believed that top Hollywood celebrities would find this interesting as the innovation will likely keep paparazzi of their back for a while.
The anti-Paparazzi wear can be amusing, for those who value their privacy.
The collection, as designed by Chris Holmes currently includes a blazer, scarf, and hooded jacket, but the designer is hopeful that more types of clothing brand will be manufactured, depending on the need or demand for it.
Describing the texture and the component, Holmes, who also doubles as a music producer, stated that the clothing line uses reflective thread so it repels light back from lens of cameras, effectively damaging the image object in the photo in the process.
“After wearing reflective clothing to several performances, I noticed that photos from the shows always looked odd because the flash that bounced off my clothing would wash out the rest of the photo.
“While I wasn’t thrilled that many of these photos were ruined because of my clothing, it gave me the epiphany that perhaps I could use this technology for a greater purpose. That’s what lead me to create the Anti-Paparazzi Collection, which uses reflective threads to render paparazzi-shot photos worthless; perfect for those who don’t want their picture taken.” He said
“Whether it’s a digital camera or a phone camera, these threads have got you covered.” He added.
