Senator Ifeanyi Okowa of the Peoples Democratic Party has emerged as the winner of the Delta State governorship election.
According to the result announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Okowa won 724,680 votes, defeating Great Ogboru of the Labour Party (LP) who polled 130,028 votes.
