As prayers are being offered all over the world for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown who was found unconscious in a bathtub at her house in Roswell, Georgia, her partner Nick Gordon is reportedly launching a legal action so he can get access to her in the hospital.
The 25-year-old as been denied access to Bobbi Brown in the hospital by her family since she was first taken to North Fulton hospital, on Saturday, January 31, 2015 following a 911 call put across by him when he found her in a bathtub.
Brown’s aunt, Pat Houston, currently has a restraining order against him since last year when she accused him of stalking her niece and sending her threatening messages, which included photos of guns.
However, Gordon has denied the reports that he is planning to seek legal action to gain access to his partner’s hospital bedside through a statement released by his lawyer on Thursday, February 12, 2015, Gordon said his only concern is about his girlfriend’s recovery.
The statement reads:
In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon’s only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina,’
‘He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family.’
Meanwhile, Gordon has been the primary target in the ongoing criminal investigation in connection to Bobbi Brown’s bathtub incident and suspicious injuries found on her chest, mouth and face when she was taken to the hospital.
