The Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Professor Chidi Odinkalu has lampooned former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fano-Kayode over his widely publicised article “Herdsmen From Hell,” written in the wake of the recent kidnap of the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Olu Falae in Ondo State by Fulani herdsmen.

Speaking via his twitter handle, Odinkalu said that in as much as the Falae’s kidnap was a crime, Fani-Kayode describing the Fulani people as tse-tse fly, locust, leeches e.t.c amounted to a hate speech.
