President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday, February 26, 2015 paid a visit to select towns which were liberated from the control of Islamist sect, Boko Haram by the Nigerian troops.
During his visit to Baga in Borno State, President Jonathan, dressed in full military regalia took out time to address the troops stationed in the town.
As Mr. president was about beginning his speech, the troops began chanting “Never Again,” which President Jonathan joined in chanting before proceeding to address the troops.
President Jonathan began by appreciating the efforts of the troops, conveying the sincere wishes of the Nigerian populace for the gallantry exhibited by the troops in the takeover of territories hitherto occupied by the insurgents, including Baga.
