The Federal High Court has granted a N50 million bail to the immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, who was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday.
Justice Mojisola Olatoregun granted Mr. Fayose bail with two sureties in like sum on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
The judge ordered the ex-governor should be remanded in the prison custody pending the fulfilment of the bail condition.
