The feud between Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho and Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger is well-publicized. That appears not to have dampened Wenger’s objectivity a bit.
The Frenchman believes that his team is ready to give Chelsea a run for their money this season but he admits that the Blues are title favourites for the 2015/2016 English premier league trophy.
“Chelsea won it by a margin last year so they must be favourites.
“We are ready to fight for the championship. We missed our start to the season last year, let’s try to start strong. But we have a difficult start with two derbies and Liverpool in our first three games,” Wenger told reporters.
The 2015/2016 English premier league season kicks off tomorrow.
