The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chief Olisa Metuh was dragged to another court hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2016 in handcuffs.
He was brought before Justice Ishaq Bello, Chief Judge of the FCT on two counts of destruction of evidence. Metuh is being accused of destroying EFCC evidence when he allegedly tore his written statement on January 14.
Metuh pleaded not guilty to the offences which were brought under Sections 166 and 326 of the Penal Code.
Justice Bello ordered that he further remanded in prison custody till Monday when his bail application will be heard.
