The Delta State police command has arrested 41-year-old Ame Edjeket, who held his wife prisoner for over three years.
Edjeket imrpisoned his wife and mother of his eight children, Gladys, in their home at Orerokpe. Delta state.
He alleges his wife is a witch and was behind his financial woes at their family.

Upon arrest, Edjeket insisted his wife was a witch and mentally challenged and that he had taken her back to her family members but they rejected her.
Gladys is currently receiving medical attention at the Orerokpe General hospital in Delta state.
